Cancellation Policy
Counselling Session Cancellation Policy To ensure all clients have access to timely care, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. **Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice** will not be charged. You can reschedule your session or receive a full refund. **Cancellations made within 24 hours** of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations for any reason. I understand that unexpected events can occur. However, as this time is reserved specifically for you, I am unable to offer it to another client without sufficient notice. This policy allows me to manage my schedule and continue to provide consistent care to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
